Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Processing delays may occur during festivals, promotional periods, or unforeseen circumstances.

If there is a delay in processing your order, we will notify you by email or phone.


Shipping Coverage

We currently ship products within India.
For international shipping inquiries, please contact us before placing your order.


Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

Orders are shipped through trusted courier and logistics partners.

Estimated delivery time:

  • Metro & major cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other cities & towns: 5–7 business days

  • Remote / rural locations: 7–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or operational issues beyond our control.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.

  • Free shipping may be offered on selected products or order values as part of promotions.


Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

are correct at the time of placing the order.

If a delivery fails due to incorrect information or unavailability of the recipient:

  • The order may be returned to us

Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items

We will review the case and assist with replacement or resolution as per our Return & Refund Policy.

In such cases, we will inform you and arrange alternative options or cancellation.


Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
