Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and wellness products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

You may request a replacement or return if:

  • The product is damaged, leaked, broken, or tampered on delivery

  • You received a wrong product

  • Items are missing from the package

To be eligible:

  • You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • Provide clear photos / videos of:

    • Outer packaging

    • Product label

    • Damage or issue

Requests raised after 48 hours may not be accepted.


Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products

  • Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage

  • Products purchased on sale / discount / clearance

  • Personal care or consumable herbal items after opening

  • Orders returned due to incorrect address or customer unavailability


Refund Process

Refunds are issued only when:

  • Replacement is not available, or

  • The order is cancelled before dispatch

Once approved, refunds will be:

  • Processed to the original payment method

  • Initiated within 5–7 business days

Bank processing timelines may vary.

Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.


Order Cancellation

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled

To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible.


Return Shipping

If a return is approved:

  • In most cases, we will arrange pickup through our courier partner

  • Where pickup is unavailable, customers may be asked to ship the item back and share the receipt (subject to approval)


Wrong Address / Failed Delivery

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Wrong contact details

  • Customer unavailability

The order may be returned to us and re-shipping charges may apply.


Exchange Policy

We do not offer product exchanges.
Only replacement for damaged/wrong items is allowed, subject to verification.
