Eligibility for Returns & Replacements
Due to the nature of Ayurvedic and wellness products, returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
You may request a replacement or return if:
The product is damaged, leaked, broken, or tampered on delivery
You received a wrong product
Items are missing from the package
To be eligible:
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery
The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
Provide clear photos / videos of:
Outer packaging
Product label
Damage or issue
Requests raised after 48 hours may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable / Non-Refundable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns for:
Opened or used products
Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage
Products purchased on sale / discount / clearance
Personal care or consumable herbal items after opening
Orders returned due to incorrect address or customer unavailability
Refund Process
Refunds are issued only when:
Replacement is not available, or
The order is cancelled before dispatch
Once approved, refunds will be:
Processed to the original payment method
Initiated within 5–7 business days
Bank processing timelines may vary.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch only
Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled
To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible.
Return Shipping
If a return is approved:
In most cases, we will arrange pickup through our courier partner
Where pickup is unavailable, customers may be asked to ship the item back and share the receipt (subject to approval)
Wrong Address / Failed Delivery
If delivery fails due to:
Incorrect address
Wrong contact details
Customer unavailability
The order may be returned to us and re-shipping charges may apply.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer product exchanges.
Only replacement for damaged/wrong items is allowed, subject to verification.
