At KMT AYURVEDA, we work to process and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. This Cancellation Policy explains when and how an order may be cancelled.
Order Cancellation by Customer
You may request cancellation only before the order is dispatched.

If the order is already shipped:
The order cannot be cancelled
In such cases, you may refuse delivery, but shipping charges will not be refunded
Prepaid Order Cancellation & Refunds
If your order is cancelled before dispatch:
The refund will be processed to your original payment method
Refund initiation time: 5–7 business days
Bank/UPI processing timelines may vary
Order Cancellation by KMT AYURVEDA
We reserve the right to cancel an order in case of:
Product out of stock or unavailable
Incorrect or incomplete address
Payment not received / transaction failure
Technical or pricing errors
Fraudulent or suspicious orders
In such cases:
You will be notified via call or email
A full refund will be issued (for prepaid orders)
Changes to Orders
Once an order is placed:
Product changes, address changes, or order modifications may not be possible after processing begins
