We take great care in packaging our products. However, if an item arrives damaged, leaked, broken, or tampered, we are happy to assist with a replacement or refund as per the rules below.
Conditions Eligible for Replacement / Refund
You may raise a claim if:
Product received is physically damaged
Seal is broken or tampered
Product is leaking or broken
You received a wrong item
Items are missing from the package
Time Limit for Reporting
You must report the issue within 48 hours of delivery.
Claims raised after 48 hours may not be accepted.
Mandatory Proof Required
To process your request, please share:
Order ID
Photos / videos of:
Outer packaging
Shipping label
Product and damage clearly visible

Resolution Options
After verification, we may offer:
Free replacement of the damaged item, or
Refund (if replacement is not available)
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Cases Not Covered Under Replacement / Refund
Claims will not be accepted for:
Used or opened products (unless received damaged)
Damage due to improper storage after delivery
Products purchased on clearance / sale after use
Minor packaging dents that do not affect product quality
Customer dislike, taste, or preference change
Delays caused by courier or external factors
Return Pickup for Damaged Items
In many cases, return pickup may be arranged
If pickup is not available, you may be asked to courier back the product after approval
No return should be sent without confirmation.
Important Note
We may reject the claim if:
Proof is insufficient
Product is used
Product differs from claim description
Our team will review cases fairly and transparently.
