Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
Processing delays may occur during festivals, promotional periods, or unforeseen circumstances.
If there is a delay in processing your order, we will notify you by email or phone.
Shipping Coverage
We currently ship products within India.
For international shipping inquiries, please contact us before placing your order.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Time
Orders are shipped through trusted courier and logistics partners.
Estimated delivery time:
Metro & major cities: 3–5 business days
Other cities & towns: 5–7 business days
Remote / rural locations: 7–10 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or operational issues beyond our control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout before payment.
Free shipping may be offered on selected products or order values as part of promotions.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

Courier name and tracking number / link
You can track your shipment using the provided details.
Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

are correct at the time of placing the order.
If a delivery fails due to incorrect information or unavailability of the recipient:
The order may be returned to us
Re-delivery may incur additional shipping charges
Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Items

Or with missing / incorrect items
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details.
We will review the case and assist with replacement or resolution as per our Return & Refund Policy.
No Shipping on Restricted / Hazard Zones
Deliveries may not be possible in:
Containment zones
Courier-restricted or unsafe areas
In such cases, we will inform you and arrange alternative options or cancellation.
Order Cancellation Before Dispatch
You may request cancellation before dispatch by contacting us.
Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
